The Speak Now Cocktail

A delicious vibrant cocktail to sip on while listening to Taylor's Version

Let’s make the Speak Now cocktail to celebrate Taylor’s new album. The Speak Now cocktail is the perfect summer cocktail to sip on while listening to Speak Now (Taylor’s Version".)

Ingredients:

• Empress Gin: 1 ½ oz

• Limoncello: 1 oz

• Lavender Simple Syrup: 1 oz

• Lemonade: 1 ½ oz

• Tonic water: a splash

• Garnish: Lemon Wedges/ Lavender

Directions:

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice

2. Add the gin, limoncello, lemonade and simple syrup

3. “Shake it off” for 30 seconds

4. Fill cocktail glass with ice

5. Pour the cocktail over ice

6. Top it with a bit of tonic water

7. Garnish with lemon wedges and lavender
